You'll leave each session with a new level of self-awareness that will allow you to finally see what's been running the show without your conscious knowing. This will give you space to go deeper in your humanness, and really be intentional with your life and growth as a person from here on out. After your session, you'll walk away with an in-depth email highlighting everything that took place during our time together so you can reflect, process, and look back at your progress.
